Membership Application Process

All members can download the application form and fill it in. Please submit your form together with the joining fee of $200. This can be done in instalments and should be fully paid within six months. If the members are willing to join as a group, they can do so provided they choose their own representative who can be registered on their behalf. This gives a chance for those failing to raise all the required fees and shares on their own. Once the herd has grown the members may split if they wish, pay the joining fee and become individual members.

 

It is not mandatory to buy shares at the same time but those members with enough resources are able to do so. Once registered members are free to excise their full membership rights.

 

We recommend members to buy their shares  at least four months before March 2017 to enable TRAMPEC Pvt Ltd add your cows on to the first batch of heifers coming in July/August next year. The cows will be ready for calving as they arrive. Please note that members are required to pay monthly maintenance cost for the cows if they are not in production. It is expected that the cows may not need the up keep maintenance cost since they get here ready to calve. However if this becomes necessary members will be notified and asked to meet those costs. The second batch comes in July/August 2017 period also ready to calve. So members who miss the first chance have to buy shares at least four months before July. This enables the society to have milk production right through the whole year. Please note that the process takes four months to get the cows delivered and each order has to be at least 35 to 40 cows. So numbers have got to be right before we order.
